Booking Process + Details

OFFICIAL BOOKING

An invoice and contract will be emailed to you upon your request to move forward with booking. Reservations require a 30% minimum retainer via cash, check or credit card in addition to a signed contract. Several payment plan options are available.

CUSTOM TIMELINE
Right after booking, couples receive a special photography-based timeline, based on location(s) and travel logistics, sunset time, and other particular details of their wedding day. This helps them to move forward in the planning process with their families, bridal party, and other vendors, structuring the day in a way that leaves plenty of time for taking pictures of not just natural moments between them and their loved ones, but all of the intricate sentiments and details.

TIMELINE/PHOTO LIST

After your initial booking, I’ll generate an initial timeline for you, based on your vision for the day. We’ll work with your planner as well and make sure all vendors are in agreement as to the flow of the day. Then as the wedding day approaches, we'll solidify your timeline and review the particular details. I’ll also email you a questionnaire to complete regarding your family and bridal party members, along with any special photo requests you may have. This master list will be kept with us on the wedding day for reference, especially during family group photos.

ENGAGEMENT SESSION SCHEDULING

After you've officially booked, we’ll schedule your Engagement Session. These are typically scheduled on Thursday evenings, at any location of your choice. We could photograph at your favorite pub or coffee shop, your favorite mountainous overlook, a nearby park, or a special, sentimental location. I’m up for anything!

ALBUM DESIGN + FRAMED PRINTS

After you've received your images after both your engagement session and wedding, we’ll begin the product design process. These prints and albums will be the significant pieces that will be passed down for generations, so this is an exceptionally special process for the two of you.

THE STORY CONTINUES

As the wedding photography process comes to a close, I hope we will continue to stay in touch and document many other memories throughout your life together! This isn’t goodbye, it’s “see ya later!” :)
