A little rain never slows us down! Samantha and Dan’s wedding was the first of 3 for us during the first weekend in May. The rain continued from Friday morning to Sunday evening, letting up here and there with some light drizzling. But it didn’t make the day any less beautiful or special, we just pivoted in a few ways. Having backup protocols is such an important part of the planning process! :)
The day began at the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore with some really sweet, intimate moments with family and close friends, and of course - champagne!
Luckily we were able to photograph just outside the hotel under the awning out front, and even walked along the harbor for a bit before it was time to head to the Mt. Washington Mill Dye House for the ceremony and reception.
More champagne awaited their arrival, featured on a show-stopping wall as guests entered and made their way to the ceremony space. Warm low lighting and flowers highlighted the space and made for such a magical aesthetic.
Everything came together so beautifully! The night was energetic and fun, ending with a row of streamer pops.
Wishing Samantha and Dan (and their dog Cash!) a life full of adventurous memories, endless love, and lots of celebratory glass clinking along the way! :) We were so honored to be part of their wedding day!
