After a long few months in lockdown, it felt so good to venture down to Baltimore and hang out around Canton/Patterson Park with one of the most sweet and genuine couples that absolutely radiate gentle kindness and joy. After getting an ice cream cone from B-More Licks, we walked around Patterson Park as the sun began to set, got to know each other, and talked about so many different things…

These two are awesome. I feel like if Tyler and I went out for drinks with them, we’d still be at the bar together the next morning, talking about all of the hobbies and interests we share like nature, gardening, and of course - food!

I learned from these two that Swallowtail Butterfly caterpillars really love dill! They shared a few pics with me of their own herb garden at home, with the most gorgeous caterpillars enjoying an afternoon snack (see pic below). So next year, I plan on adding a good amount of dill to our garden to see if we attract any!

I kept saying to myself, while taking their pictures, that they were just so refreshing and such a joy to be with. They really were! Their smiles were so genuine and happy, and they were so connected and focused on one another too.

They’re getting married this September in Baltimore, so I’m really looking forward to their day, as it will officially kick off our 2020 wedding season!
